Every academic term at Bluedata lasts 14 weeks: classes are in session
during the first 10 weeks and the last 4 weeks is
vacation.
Flexible class schedules are being given in the morning, afternoon,
evening and weekend.

The courses listed below are
currently being offered at Bluedata. Students should contact our
Office of Administration prior to registration to identify courses that
would best suit their personal needs. Classes and field trips follow the
schedule updated every Wednesday. Students are encouraged to discus their
course schedules with the international students supervisor.
Please bring your highest
diploma and demonstrate your basic knowledge of the English language in a
short entrance exam. This will help us prepare you for your selected course.

ESL L1
Upon Completion of ESL L1, the
student will be familiar and comfortable with Basic English grammar. The
student should be able to make simple dialogs using questions and answers,
and polite requests in English for an introductory level. Students will
learn survival English to communicate with doctors and police, ask for
directions and general assistance.
ESL L2
Upon completion of ESL L2, students
should be able to express themselves orally and in writing using the Present
Progressive, the Simple Present, the Simple Past, Quantifiers, Adjectives
and Prepositions, Conditionals and Modals. The student should be able to
make dialogs, questions and answers, sentences, and polite requests in
English for a low intermediate level, and be able to express their concerns
about their health, safety and financial security. .
ESL L3
Upon completion of ESL L3, students
will continue by learning how to express themselves orally and in writing
using Pronouns and Phrasal Verbs, expanded Modals, Adjectives and Adverbs,
and Gerunds and Infinitives. The student should be able to make dialogs,
questions and answers, sentences, and polite requests in English for an
intermediate level.
ESL L4
Upon completion of ESL L4, students
should be able to express themselves orally and in writing, using Past,
Present and Future tenses, Gerunds and Infinitives, Phrasal Verbs, Adjective
Clauses, Conditionals, the Passive Voice and Indirect Speech. The student
should be able to make dialogs, questions and answers, sentences, and polite
requests in English for a high intermediate level.
ESL L5
Upon completion of ESL L5, students
should be able to express themselves orally and in writing using proper
Past, Present and Future tenses, Modals of Necessity, Gerunds and
Infinitives, the Passive Voice, Auxiliaries and Phrasal Verbs, and Adjective
and Noun Clauses. The student should be able to make dialogs, questions and
answers, sentences, and polite requests in English for an advanced level.
ESL L6
ESL Level 6 is the most advanced
class offered in written and verbal English. The goal of this course is to
prepare students for competition in the mainstream upon completing their
studies at Bluedata International Institute. Throughout this course,
students will learn to analyze current New York Times articles and National
Public Radio commentaries. By the end of this course, students should be
able to discuss their views on global issues in English without hesitation,
and write a well focused, captivating opinion and compare /contrast essay,
as well as a professional resume and cover letter.
TOEFL
The main goal of the TOEFL
preparation course is to prepare students for the TOEFL iBT test and to
ensure optimum performance on that test. Secondly, the teacher wishes to
familiarize students with high-level, academic English of the type that they
will encounter in a college setting. Thirdly, and more generally, the TOEFL
course is used to improve students¡¯ general command of the English language.
GRE
The main goal of the GRE preparation
course is to prepare students for the GRE test and to ensure optimum
performance on that test.
Secondly, the teacher wishes to
familiarize students with high-level, academic English of the type that they
will encounter in a graduate setting. Thirdly, and more generally, the GRE
course is used to improve students¡¯ general command of the English language.
